These APACX's Peso-Pegged Stablecoin Philippines Token (PHT)  Terms and Conditions (these “PHT Terms”) form a legal agreement between APACX LTD. (“Token Issuer,” “we,” “us” or “our”) and you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” and “your”), as a user of the PHT Services (defined below). These PHT Terms state the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the PHT Services.
